Wine On The Veranda  
Friday, May 30th 2014
Wine on the Veranda grants patrons an educational opportunity to learn how to pair wines with foods. 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The event goes beyond a wine tasting, featuring a variety of wines expertly paired with local foods, tours of the museum, live music, and an art exhibit.  Tickets to the event are $45 adults, $30 designated drivers and those age 18-20. Tickets are limited.  Please make reservations and ticket purchases by contacting the Historic Sam Davis Home and Plantation at (615) 459-2341. Proceeds benefit the educational programs and historical structures at the Sam Davis Home.

The Doughboy Challenge is a family friendly 5K through downtown Murfreesboro that benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Rutherford County, Books from Birth, and Music City Trykes.
